Corrected During Inspection Utensils and equipment contacting non-TCS foods not cleaned at required frequency. Observed soda dispenser nozzles in the lobby to have visible residue. Ensure non-TCS food contact surfaces are cleaned at a frequency to preclude to accumulation of visible build-up. PIC cleaned nozzles at time of inspection.

Utensils and equipment contacting non-TCS foods not cleaned at required frequency. Observed inside of the lobby soda dispenser ice machine to have visible accumulation of black residue. Ensure non-TCS food contact surfaces are cleaned at a frequency to preclude the accumulation of visible build-up. PIC stated the maintenance rotational schedule has the ice machine listed soon. Clean by 4/5/2023.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed spillage on the coffee filters stored under the coffee/tea brewer. Ensure coffee filters are properly protected from splash, due to the nature of both portions of a coffee filter being a food contact surface. PIC voluntarily discarded the soiled filters at time of inspection.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed gasket of the overheard freezer to be torn, allowing for ice build-up in the freezer. Repair by 4/5/2023.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed track of the drive thru cooler to have visible residue accumulation. Clean by 4/5/2023.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Waste receptacles not covered properly. Observed dumpster door open. Ensure dumpster door remains closed after each use to prohibit the potential for pest harborage. PIC cleaned at time of inspection.

Facility's risk level 4 activities include: use of time in lieu of temperature for cheese, tomato, lettuce, guacamole, and sauces.
Facility does not cook/cool/reheat at time of inspection.

VI - P - TCS Food: Observed time/temperature controlled for safety foods being properly held using time as a public health control; the operation had a written procedure on file, foods were properly marked to indicate the time that the food was removed from temperature control, and food was discarded when required.
