Conducted and reviewed with Manager Aaron Shepherd. No signs of activity observed in food production and storage areas. Per PIC pest control is scheduled for next week. Please provide copy of licensed pest control inspection findings to the health department. Facility is monitoring locations on a regular basis of every weekday for signs of activity. Facility is to ensure that it is treated by a licensed pest control operator with sufficient frequency to ensure the control of pest activity. Emailed inspection.
