Conducted inspection with PIC Jamal Muamar Cracked windows in front need to be replaced. Bare wood shelving needs to be sealed so that surface is non-adsorbent, smooth, durable and easily cleanable. Ceiling tile that are stained will need replaced. Torn gaskets in coolers to be replaced as needed. All equipment must be commercial grade. Per PIC no changes to layout, design surfaces other than like for like are planned.
