| Conducted and reviewed inspection with Galen Newswanger. Facility did not have sanitizr set up, but had not used equipment to slice as of yet today. Discussed hand sinks to be used for hand washing only. Discussed location for obtaining eggs and produce. Called ODA at time of inspection and spoke with Donna to verify supplier by address. Provided PIC with contact information for ODA. Printed inspection and provided. |
