Conducted inspection with PIC Jen Stallard; reviewed inspection findings with PIC. Risk Level IV activities include Cook/ Hold/Reheat. Menu consisted of pizza, cooked broccoli, bread sticks, banana, pasteurized dairy milk. Lunches distributed in to go format. single use styrofoam items used; warewashing minimized to pots and pans only |
