Discussed inspection with Roger, Judy, and Ashley. Pizza make table cooler cold holding items at a temperature of 42-43*F at the time of inspection. Cooler was turned down at the time of inspection. Discussed monitoring internal temps to ensure cold holding of 41*F or below. Emailed inspection report. |
