Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Raw beef on tray thawing above full cooked ham. PIC moved at time of inspection.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Bowl in clean area had visible residue. PIC had removed from service and washed rinsed and sanitized at time of inspection.

Corrected During Inspection Utensils and equipment contacting non-TCS foods not cleaned at required frequency. Ice scoop was not cleaned at once every 24 hours. PIC had cleaned at time of inspection.

Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature, concentration, and/or water hardness. Bucket of sanitizer had strength of below 150PPM PIC had remade at time of inspection.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Can opener blade has visible residue. PIC had cleaned at time of inspection.

Corrected During Inspection Food not protected from contamination. Partially consumed personal drinks observed above food for service. PIC moved at time of inspection.

Corrected During Inspection Can opener blade dull or creating metal fragments. PIC removed from service.
