Observed a peanut butter and celery cup in the customer self-service cooler with a label that did not contain a list of ingredients for the peanut butter. Discussed including a list of ingredients if products are made from two or more ingredients. Packaged foods are received from the main campus. PIC to notifiy main campus of including ingredients list on the label for products with two or more ingredients. Correct by next inspection.

3717-1-05.4(O) / Using drain plugs. Repeat No drain plugs in waste receptacle. Contact waste removal company to obtain drain plug for dumpster. Correct by next inspection.

Discussed inspection with Zach Portner. Cafe only offering pre-packaged food items and bottled drinks at the time of inspection. Cafe will be closing and discarding all food items at the end of the week for the rest of the semester. PIC unsure if cafe will re-open in January. Emailed inspection report.
