Critical Corrected During Inspection Food contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Through discussion, it was verified that scissors that are not easily separable are being used to cut open food packaging. Ensure scissors are maintained clean, and are easily separable for easy cleaning through wash, rinse, sanitize, and air drying methods. PIC stated they would discontinue use of scissors for food packages.

Handsink temperature is 114F, warewashing temperature is 123F, and the refriedgeration unit temperature is 39.8F at time of inspection.
Water is to be obtained from approved source until safe water sample can be taken/tested/verified.
Cambros may not be used as an alternative for running water in the winter.
Facility is approved to operate for the 2023-2024 licensing year.
