3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises. Corrected During Inspection Observed improper storage of food items. Observed a bag of onions stored less than 6" off of the floor Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor. Store all produce (i.e potatos and onions) off of the floor. Onions were placed on a shelf to protect from contamination from the floor, rodents, and insects. |

Dumpster closed and maintained. Hand sink supplied and accessible. 3 compartment sink set is correct. Dry storage acceptable (All dry goods, cans, paper products and produce off of floor >6"). Gloves available to prevent bare hand contact with ready to eat foods. All temperatures acceptable. Observed thawing under refrigeration in large kitchen Delfield Double Fridge. No critical violations observed at inspection. |
