Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed a non-commercial toaster in the kitchen. When equipment no longer functions properly, replace with commercial grade.

Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed an accumulation of dust on the top fan inside the milk cooler. Correct by: 12/14/2020.

Conducted and discussed inspection with Shannon. Discussed minimum hot holding temperature of 135*F for food that is held between lunch and dinner. Discussed cooling and reheating in bulk of one item once a week under a level three food service operation license. Discussed cooling from 135*F to 70*F in 2 hours or less, and from 70*F to 41*F or below in 4 hours or less. Discussed covering milk cups stored in the cooler if prepared in advance for meals. Food employee signed updated employee illness reporting agreement/health policy form during inspection. Discussed making copies of updated form for all food employees to read, sign and date. Emailed inspection report.
