Discussed the person in charge certification in food protection is a mandated training for the designated person in charge for each shift of a risk level I, II, III, and IV food service operation for facilities initially licensed after March 1, 2010 unless the individual has completed an equivalent or more comprehensive manager certification in food protection course. Provided the application for the Ohio Department of Health Manager Certification in Food Protection form during inspection. Emailed inspection report.
