Discussed inspection with Tim, GM. Copy of inspection sent via email. Verbally discussed: -Recommended adding Silver King cooler to temperature check log. At time of inspection, ambient air temperature in unit was 46*F and hot dogs in unit were 42*F. PIC moved product into another cooler that was at 41*F. Unit was re-checked to be at 37*F ambient air temperature. PIC placed another thermometer in unit to monitor temperature. -Observed hard water residue accumulating under/near ice machine. PIC instructed employee to clean floor. |
