Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. -Observed ice bins to be left uncovered when not in use. PIC closed all ice bin lids and discussed with employees.

3717-1-04.3(B) / Fixed equipment installation - spacing or sealing.
Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning. -Observed the handwashing sink in back area to not be properly sealed to the wall creating a space difficult to clean. Correct by 7-1-19.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Unclean nonfood-contact surfaces. -Observed grease residue and popcorn kernel spills in cabinets under popcorn machines. Correct by 6-24-19.

Verbally discussed:
-Recommended adding Silver King cooler to temperature check log. At time of inspection, ambient air temperature in unit was 46*F and hot dogs in unit were 42*F. PIC moved product into another cooler that was at 41*F. Unit was re-checked to be at 37*F ambient air temperature. PIC placed another thermometer in unit to monitor temperature.
-Observed hard water residue accumulating under/near ice machine. PIC instructed employee to clean floor.
