Non-durable equipment observed. The support under the sink in the bathroom sink has not been painted.

Observed light bulbs or heat lamp that were not properly shielded or coated where required. The light bulbs are missing or are not shielded in the coolers.
Light bulbs shall be shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant in areas where there is exposed food, clean equipment, utensils, or linens, or unwrapped single-service or single-use articles and does not apply in areas used only for storing food in unopened packages if the integrity of the packages can not be affected by broken glass falling on them. REPLACE THE MISSING LIGHT BULBS IN THE COOLERS AND PLACE LIGHT SHIELD AND END CAPS ON THE BULBS. Correct By: 01-May-2014
