Conducted inspection with PIC Jodi Kline; reviewed inspection findings with PIC. PIC stated that food service has not been reheating bulk quantities of leftover TCS foods more than once every seven days. Menu consisted yogurt, doughnut holes, and precooked pancakes for breakfast and quesidillas, cooked corn, and canned fruit
