Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Box with ant traps observed on table next to food package. PIC moved to proper location.

Corrected During Inspection Food not protected from contamination. Personal cell phone observed on food prep table. PIC moved to proper location.

Corrected During Inspection Food employee(s) not wearing a hair restraint. Employee observed with loose pony tail under hat. PIC provided hair net.

Corrected During Inspection Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Lid storage used bare cardboard as liner. PIC removed. Surfaces shall be non adsorbent, smooth, durable and easily cleanable.

Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Spray nozzle on sink had visible residue. Please clean by next standard inspection.

Discussed floor in food prep begnning to deteriorate. Will need replaced when no longer non-adsorbent, smooth, durable and easily cleanable.
