Repeat Handwashing sink water below 100°F. At time of inspection, handwashing sink in employee restroom registered only 77 degrees F after running for over 60 seconds
Please adjust heat booster on sink.

Conducted inspection with PIC Kim Howell; reviewed inspection findings with PIC. Risk Level 3 activities include: Cook/Serve. Menu consisted of Pre-cooked chicken patties, prepackaged raw carrots (pre-washed), prepackaged ranch dressing , clementines, dairy milk pasteurized. Far left Hobart Freezer was registering high temperatures of 25 degrees F
