Observed apple sauce and pizza sauce in the freezer that has been opened to not have a datemark. Once opened, ensure a datemark is placed on the item with 6 days plus the day of opening. If placed in the freezer then taken back out, ensure the items is only used for a total of 7 days not including time in freezer. PIC placed datemark on the items at time of inspection. |
