Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed apple sauce and pizza sauce in the freezer that has been opened to not have a datemark. Once opened, ensure a datemark is placed on the item with 6 days plus the day of opening. If placed in the freezer then taken back out, ensure the items is only used for a total of 7 days not including time in freezer. PIC placed datemark on the items at time of inspection.

Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed slow drain in the handwashing sink in the kitchen. Correct by next standard inspection.
