3717-1-05.1(D) / Backflow prevention - air gap. Critical Insufficient air gap between the flood rim and the water supply inlet. Observed two compartment sink with outflow pipe that goes below the water line. Action: Pipe shall have air gap above water line. |
3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops. Mops dried improperly. Observed mop stored in bucket, Kitchen mops shall be stored off of floor in a position to air dry. |
