Conducted and reviewed with Manager Wes Stevens. All drains in three compartment sink drained at time of inspection. Some food debris observed in all three bowls of sink. Facility also has warewashing machine. Per PIC all items but one run through warewashing unit on site. Unit sanitizer strength correct at time of inspection. Complaint on 28-Jan-2022 : Emailed inspection.
