Conducted and reviewed inspection with PIC Nina Mcghee. Facility now does avocado toast. Discussed obtaining complete ingredient list for bread from supplier. Discussed the moving small trsh cans with lids from men's rest-room to the women's rest-room. Cutting boards are beginning to have grooves. When surface is scored so that it is no longer smooth, durable and easily cleanable they need to be replaced or resurfaced. Emailed inspection.
