Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. At time of inspection, Sharpe microwave and Magic Chef microwaves were observed in use by the food service and are not recognized by testing agency as commercial grade. Continue to use until listed equipment no longer functions as designed and then replace with commercial grade.

Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. At time of inspection, Hobart dairy cooler had ice build up observed on the interior and needed defrosted and cleaned

Conducted inspection with PIC Robin Schlup; reviewed inspection findings with PIC. Risk Level III activities include: Cook/Serve. Menu: Chicken strips (pre-cooked), vegetable soup (canned), applesauce (canned),, cookie and milk. Ceiling light observed with bulb out and needed changed. Temperature logs kept by PIC. According to PIC, food service keeps no leftovers. Hobart washer 164 degrees F
