Dumpster closed and maintained. Hand wash sink supplied and accessible. The food service operation does not use any raw animal product. Tea is brewed two times per day. Tea dispensers are drained and washed, rinsed and sanitized nightly. Ice storage is acceptable. Ice scoop storage is correctly stored in a clean and sanitized container out of the ice. Dry storage is acceptable. All food, utensils, clean dishware and single use articles are stored off of the floor and protected from contamination. Chemicals are segregated and stored in the dish room area. All chemical containers are properly labeled. Food employees had hair properly restrained at unannounced inspection. Observed proper hand washing and glove use at inspection. Observed proper date marking in the walk in cooler. Restrooms are supplied and maintained. All temperatures acceptable. No carry over/reheating at this location. No critical violations were observed at inspection. |
