3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected. Outer opening not protected. -Observed daylight showing from the bottom frame of the back receiving doors. Correct prior to next standard inspection.

3717-1-05.1(I) / Service sink - number. Service sink or curbed cleaning facility not provided and/or conveniently located. -Facility has no service sink. The only sink at the facility is the handwashing sink in the employee rest-room. PIC stated she dumps dirty mop water in the toilet and other employees normally dump mop water outside.

3717-1-06.4(H) / Cleaning and maintenance of plumbing fixtures. Repeat Plumbing fixtures unclean. -Observed the handwashing sink in the employee rest-room to contain brown residue. Correct prior to next standard inspection.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions. Facility not maintained clean. -Observed the back storage area floors to contain brown residue. Correct prior to next standard inspection.

Conducted inspection with Madison Lotz, SIT. Discussed inspection with Sherri, Manager on Duty. Copy of inspection report sent via email. Facility currently does not have a mop/service sink. The only sink in the facility is the handwashing sink in the employee rest-room. Sherri states she dumps the mop water in the toilet at the end of each day and other employees normally dump mop water outside. Will discuss situation with Weston Engelbach, Sanitarian Supervisor and Frank Brykalski, Chief Plumbing Inspector. Facility only sells pre-packaged non-TCS foods.
