Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Hand sink by the three compartment and in the restroom water temperature at 74*F during inspection. Correct by: 4/21/23.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Corrected During Inspection No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink in the restroom. PIC restocked paper towels at the time of inspection.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed a can of Reddi Whip that stated keep refrigerated inside the cooler that was cold holding between 55-60*F during inspection. PIC voluntarily discarded can of Reddi Whip and adjusted the unit to a colder setting at the time of inspection.

Manual warewashing temperature measuring device not readily accessible. Correct by: 4/21/23.

3717-1-05(H) / Capacity.
Critical Water source and/or hot water capacity not sufficient. Hot water at the three compartment sink at 75*F during inspection. Discussed minimum requirement of 110*F for wash water in the sink. Correct by: 4/21/23.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed a leak at the faucet on the three compartment sink. Correct by next standard inspection.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Mops dried improperly. Observed a mop setting in the bucket. Discussed hanging to air dry when not in use. Correct by: 4/21/23.
