Complaint: Bug was found in a Big Mac (photo attached) Did find a dead beetle near CO2 tanks that looked similar to the photo. Did not find any live activity. Manager states have not had problem and the exterminator was just out and offered to let me see the video. Produce commercially prepackaged, gave the manager the beetle. Manager will maintain pest control contract. Reviewed with GM Wes Stein
