Conducted and reviewed inspection with Director Starr and Shelly Brown. Discussed prohibition of latex gloves and standards for hair restraints as of 03/01/2019. Discussed process for setting up sanitizer in thre compartment sink. Discussed date marking of opened milk if open for more than 24 hours. Discussed replacement of drying mat when item in no longer cleanable. No food was being prepped at the time of the inspection. Non-commercial toaster observed item should be replaced with commercial unit when it no longer functions if used for food for service. Facility only reheats in individual portions. Emailed inspection.
