Conducted and reviewed with Shan Owner. At this time per Shan facility is not changing owners Reinspection may be conducted with EH Supervisor. PIC is to email invoice from licensed plumber for sink replacement. Ice machine has been removed. Hand sink hot water was below 100F. Please repair by re-inspection. Emailed inspection.
