Discussed inspection with the owner. Facility is serving baked goods out of a display case. Facility will move to a risk level two license with the restriction that disposable products must be used due to lack of a three compartment sink. Discussed using the designated hand sink in the back room and installing a self closure on the restroom door if food is packaged in the adjoining room. Left RPH's wash hands often poster. Emailed inspection report. |
