Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Kitchen Aid mixer is non-commercial grade. When equipment no longer functions properly, replace with commercial grade.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed residue on the blue storage tote inside of the refrigerator. Correct by: 4/1/21.

3717-1-06.2(I)(3) / Lighting - intensity (50 FC)
Repeat Light intensity less than fifty foot candles in required areas. Lighting above oven measured at 20 foot candles at the time of inspection due to burnt out light bulbs. Correct by next inspection.

Discussed inspection with Heidi. Single-use/non-latex gloves and hand sanitizer observed at the bakery items display. Discussed the requirement to wash hands before donning gloves to initiate a task that involves working with food as described in section 2.2 C of the Ohio Uniform Food Safety Code. Discussed hand sanitizer shall be applied only to hands that are cleaned as specified under section 2.2 B of the Ohio Uniform Food Safety Code. Left a three compartment sink setup handout. Emailed inspection report.
