Repeat Corrected During Inspection No written procedures for responding to vomiting or diarrheal events. Observed fecal vomit clean up kit with insufficient information. Specialist provided clean-up instructions at time of inspection.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Observed raw beef and sausage over fully cooked waffles and fully cooked chicken nuggets. Ensure raw foods are stored below ready to eat foods. PIC had raw items relocated to appropriate location at time of inspection.

Corrected During Inspection Food not protected from contamination. Observed opened water bottle sitting on the candy shelf that belonged to an employee. Ensure all employee items are stored in a designated space that does no contaminate any foods for sale. PIC had bottle relocated at time of inspection.

Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed ice build-up in the display freezers that render the surfaces no longer smooth, durable, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. Clean by reinspection 3/15/2023.

Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed the shelving of the dairy coolers, and the drink glides of the drink coolers to have visible residue. Clean by reinspection 3/15/2023.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed shelving throughout the facility to have visible residue. Specifically noting the single service article aisle, chip aisle, and the bottled water aisle. Clean all residue from shelves by reinspection 3/15/2023.

Corrected During Inspection Waste receptacles not covered properly. Observed lids to dumpster to be open. Ensure dumpster door remains closed after each use to prohibit the potential for pest harborage. PIC had closed at time of inspection.

Improperly cleaned storage area for refuse, recyclables, or returnables. Observed litter surrounding the dumpster area and facilities back exit. Ensure area remains cleaned to prohibit the potential for pest harborage. Clean by reinspection 3/15/2023.

Repeat Mops dried improperly. Observed mops stored to where there are insufficient air flow for air drying of mops. PIC placed the mops in such a manner to allow for air drying at time of inspection.

Facility not maintained clean. Observed flooring throughout the facilities to have visible residue accumulation. Specifically noting: behind the storage area doors, floor wall junctions in various aisles and storage area, and under the shelving units near the front door. Clean by reinspection 3/15/2023.
