Discussed inspection with Tim Salsgiver, Manager/PIC. Copy of inspection report sent via email. Verbally discussed: -Observed the far handwashing sink in the concession area to be leaking. PIC states a work order has been placed for repairs. -Ensure all handwashing sinks in rest-rooms reach 100*F. No hot foods available to take temperature. PIC was able to correctly answer food safety questions regarding temperatures.
