Inspection conducted: Walked through facility with GM Maurice Hodapp
- Checked Rotisserie Chicken, Deli Cold Case: Chicken being held Frozen and thawing in the Cooler at or below 38 Degrees.
- Hot Held at 145 in the warm Display Case
- Oven temp. was 300 degrees.
- Cold Open display case was 38 degrees.
Stated GM- No employees were sick from 25 June that was documented, nor has no knowledge of anyone from the public stated any complaints from set forth date of June 25th.
Discussed: Paper towels at each hand wash locations in the Deli/Bakery.
Chicken Rotisserie Oven shall be cleaned as often as necessary to prevent excessive build-up on oven racks.
