Complaint on 05-Nov-2015 : Complaint details: Drive thru attendant touching headset in hair then preparing food. Drive thru attendant also pulling veggies for sandwich for assembly by food worker Spoke with employee Amy and she explained proper procedures for food handling and hand washing. Proper hand washing was observed at time of inspection. No bare hand contact observed with RTE foods. It is recommended by this office to remove any equipment, supplies, or records not in use.
