Repeat Corrected During Inspection Can opener blade dull or creating metal fragments. PIC removed and replaced.

Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Gasket on cooler door in kitchen torn and is no longer cleanable. Please repair or replace by next standard inspection.

Corrected During Inspection Outdoor refuse containers without tight fitting lids, doors, or covers. Doors to dumspter observed open. PIC closed.
