3717-1-05.1(J)/Backflow prevention device - when required. No air gap or approved backflow prevention device on the plumbing system. Observed hose on mop sink under constant pressure without proper backflow prevention.
3717-1-05.1(D)/Backflow prevention - air gap. Insufficient air gap between the flood rim and the water supply inlet. Observed the spray nozzle hanging below the flood rim level of the 3 compartment sink.
