Discussed inspection with Toris Phinnessee. Non-commercial pieces of equipment have been removed from the mobile. Panasonic household microwave has been replaced with a Sharp commercial grade microwave. A commercial grade mini cooler has also been obtained: model #RB-GDCT. Hot water reached 145*F at the time of inspection. Quat test strips have been obtained. Discussed obtaining quat based sanitizer such as sani-tabs or obtaining chlorine test strips for bleach. Discussed placing one of the thermometers in the mini cooler before storing TCS (Time/Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods in the unit. OK to apply for license. Application and check #384 for $149.00 accepted at the time of inspection. Emailed inspection report.
