Conducted and reviewed inspection with PIC Karrena Tackett Facility has not started doing coffee yet but is doing sandwiches and baked egg breakfast items. Discussed when coffee bar is put into operation that the splash zone of the hand sink needs to be monitored so that storage and preparation area is protected. Discussed level of hair restraint when coffee is prepared. Ice bin is not in use yet, plumbing needs to be inspected by plumbing inspector before use. Emailed inspection.
