Facility not maintained clean. Observed standing water on floor by dishwasher in bakery area. Clean water off floor and continue to monitor area for any ongoing repair needs. -Correct by 3-30-23.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed water damage along corner wall to wall junction behind dishwashing machine in bakery area. Visible water stains and fungus (mushrooms) observed on wall. PIC states facility has had a plumber and roofers out to address situation, however, issue has still not been fixed. PIC also states upper management is aware and actively working on addressing and repairing the observed issue. -Correct by next standard inspection.

Complaint on 21-Mar-2023 :
Inspection conducted with Manager/PIC. PIC states facility is aware of the problem and has had both plumbers and roofers out in an attempt to repair leak/water damage, however, no success in fully resolving issue. PIC also states that maintenance request continue to be made and upper management is aware of the repair need. PIC also states she will have pest control company also look at area to ensure prevention of possible pest harborage. Discussed ensuring walls and floors are cleaned routinely around dishwasher area in bakery where leak is evident until problem has been fully repaired. Specialist will contact facility in 1 week to follow up on any progress made towards repairing area. Inspection report emailed.
