No violations were observed t time of inspection. Ice scoop was placed on clean tray on ice maker after issue brought up with Food Service Operator. Cleaning supplies isolated from food areas. Walls, surfaces, and equipment appeared to be in sanitary condition. Proper food handling technique observed. Report reviewed with Mr. Paul Dilley.
