Repair ceiling hole in storage room above shelving. Repair hole in ceiling above 3 compartment sink. Repair the peeling ceiling to the right of the 3 compartment sink. Remove wire hanging down from the ceiling above the 3 compartment sink. Repair ceiling vent hanging down in the hallway. Repair the section of ceiling in front of the beer cooler in the retail area. Repair small holes in the ceiling against the back wall by the cooler/freezer. Re-inspection to occur on March 13, 2020. OK to apply for license. Reviewed with manager DK.
