Bulk food for customer self-service not properly labeled. -Observed the customer self-service donuts to not have label stating the common name or ingredient list for each item. The provided ingredient list included the type of dough and frosting separately.

Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. -Observed a household use only GE microwave. When/if microwave no longer functions replace with commercial grade.
