Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. At time of inspection, Toshiba microwave was observed in use and not designated as commercial grade. Must be replaced with commercial equipment when no longer functioning as designed.

Conducted inspection with PIC Cindy Townlsey and reviewed inspection findings wtih PIC. Food service is lclassified as a Level III operation since it Cooks/Hot hold, and processes ready to eat produce. Menu: cheseburger, hash browns,and sliced pineapple....This office did discuss with PIC proper reheating of TCS commercially processed food found in 3.3 H that allows for reheat temperature to only be 135 degrees F.
