| 3717-1-04.5(A)(1) Corrected During Inspection Critical Several areas of mobile unit equipment observed soiled with debris and need cleaned. Items include fryer, fyer hood and backsplash, griddle, inside of reach coolers, inside of prep cooler storage containers, flour bin. Operator began cleaning these items and our agency verified they were corrected during follow-up inspection. Continue cleaning these areas frequently to prevent accumulation of debris. To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. |
| 3717-1-06.1(A) Areas under front counter and 3 sink have exposed wood and exposed plywood that has accumulated residue. Clean and surface any exposed wood so the surfaces can be easily cleanable. Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. |
