| 3717-1-04.2(I) Corrected During Inspection There is no test kit available for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer. Observed operator had quaternary test strips available but was using a chlorine sanitizer. I left several chlorine test strips with operator during inspection and the person in charge (PIC) states that he will get the correct chlorine test strips promptly. To ensure proper sanitization, a test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in PPM (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.  |
