Complaint received stating "using expired eggs, fruit is molded, employees handling raw foods then preparing salads with bare hands, no handwashing".
At facility I did not observed any expired eggs. Fruit was in good condition. Observed handwashing sinks to be fully stocked and with gloves nearby. Reviewed handwashing procedures/practices with the manager. Observed good handwashing practices at time of the inspection.
