PIC-Tony
Went over report with PIC at time of inspection.
Observed the license displayed, PIC has manager certification, employee health policy was hung up in the break room and facility has a biohazard kit.
COVID precautions good. Observed signs posted, customers wearing masks, employees wearing masks, limited capacity displayed on main entrance door, special hours of operation for the elderly and disabled, and hand sanitizer available. Keep up the great work.
Discussed ensuring that all food that need a date mark in the deli area gets one.
