Received complaint on 1/25/2024 stating that on 1/24/24 at 11:30 stating a customer had chicken and it's wasn't cooked completely. Complaint Investigation completed on 1/26/2024: Facility was aware of complaint,PIC said it was the chicken nuggets. The chicken at this facility comes precooked and stored frozen until it is cooked to order. Their supplier had recently changed products and the facility had not adjusted their cooking time/temperatures for the new product at the time the customer had the chicken. Reviewed proper procedures with PIC. No violations observed regarding complaint at time of inspection.
