PIC-Ted Mobile was NOT in operation at time of inspection. No food stored inside. Observed chlorine test strips (ensure to keep valid ones, they do expire) Observed proper backflow. Outside unit marker good, should add zip code. Discussed keeping hand sink cleared and properly stocked. Chemical spray bottles good. PIC FST certificate observed. New license given and old taken. Good to go.
