Discussed plan review and level one and two certification with pic. Observed new equipment: NSF approved Perfect Fry and UL approved Wisco hot holding unit. A small reach in freezer was also observed but could not locate certifying agency symbol. Facility is not currently approved to conduct any frying or cooking. Plan review must be submitted to the Ross County Health District. Contact the fire department, building department and waste water treatment facility for inspections regarding changes within the facility.
